I am passionate about empowering people on their journey in life. I became an Occupational Therapist by following my heart and my intuition. I began working with children and families, which has helped me heal my own difficulties from childhood and early experiences in life. You can read more about my journey on my blog.
I began studying Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) after receiving several years of regular bodywork to integrate childhood trauma and balance my nervous system. I have developed skills to support trauma-integration and build nervous system resiliency. I feel humbled and privileged to work with people and support their healing journey to realise their innate potential.
I also include ‘bottom-up’ based therapy approaches to support nervous system function, including creating safety in relationships, primitive reflex integration, nervous system regulation, and building awareness skills such as interoception, emotional awareness and body awareness. As a trauma-educated therapist, I strive to empower clients to facilitate experiencing safety in their body, their relationships, and in their environments.
I’m a registered Occupational Therapist (OT) with a Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences and a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Flinders University, South Australia. I’m a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and obtained my graduate diploma at Wellness Institute.
